Q1)How can I place an order for RightPot? 

You can order RightPot directly from our website. Simply select your preferred size and color, add the product to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q2)What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay, a trusted and secure payment gateway.

Q3)Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? 

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made online at checkout.

Q4)Is Razorpay safe for making payments? 

Yes! Razorpay is a highly secure and trusted payment gateway used by thousands of businesses in India. Your payment details are encrypted and protected.

Q5)Will I receive an order confirmation after payment? 

Yes, once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and invoice.

Q6)My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do? 

In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 3-5 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or email us at rightpotindia@gmail.com for assistance.

Q7)Can I modify or cancel my order after payment? 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a modification or cancellation by emailing us at rightpotindia@gmail.com
