Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made online at checkout.

Absolutely! Once you complete your payment, we'll send you an order confirmation email with all your order details and invoice.
In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 3-5 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or email us at rightpotindia@gmail.com for assistance.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a modification or cancellation by emailing us at rightpotindia@gmail.com.
